You will need a valid Driver's License in order to purchase
a license through our online system.
We accept Visa and MasterCard for payment of your licenses,
donations and other purchases.
Fishing Licenses, Trapping Licenses and Marine
Registrations can be printed on plain paper immediately OR mailed
via the USPS. If you choose to print from home on plain paper, YOU
MUST PRINT IMMEDIATELY UPON COMPLETION OF THE SALE (this will serve
as your legal license document; be sure to have a printer available
upon purchase). If you choose to have your license mailed to you,
please allow 10-14 business days for receipt of your license
document
Hunting License and privileges and associated carcass tags
must be mailed. Please allow 10 to 14 business days for receipt.
Please visit a License Issuing Agent if you wish to hunt
immediately.
First time users of this website who previously held a NY
sporting license must enter their name and date of birth exactly as
it appears on their sporting license so that their existing record
can be located and accessed.
